The vial arrives blank

Every vial we ship has nothing printed on it. No compound name, no lot number, no logo. The tray and the outer carton carry no supplier marking either. The name that goes on it is yours.

That is not a service we are withholding. It is the honest shape of the transaction. A label is a claim about what is inside, and the person who ought to make that claim is the person who tested it. We did not synthesize this material and we did not run the assay. Our supplier’s certificate records what their instrument measured, on their sample, on their day. It is a place to start from, and we have written at length about where it stops.

What we can supply is material, its paperwork, and a straight account of what that paperwork does and does not cover. What we cannot supply is certainty. Nobody in this trade can, and a supplier who implies otherwise is telling you something about themselves rather than about the vial.

If that division of the work matches how you already operate, we are a good supplier for you. If you were hoping to skip the part where you verify what arrived, we are not the right one, and that is cheaper to find out here than after a box has shipped.
