Three ways to pay: Bitcoin, ACH or wire.
Pick one at checkout. The moment you proceed, the page shows exactly what to send and where.
Bitcoin
Once you proceed, we show you where to send the Bitcoin and exactly how much. Send it from any wallet. We watch for it and email you when it lands — you don’t have to send us anything to prove you paid.
ACH bank transfer
A standard transfer from your bank account. At checkout you enter your business bank account and authorize one debit for the order total. Usually 1 to 3 business days. We begin shipment once the funds clear.
Wire transfer
A same-day wire from your bank. Wire details come with your order. Put your order number on the wire so we can match it. We begin shipment once the funds clear.
The whole thing, start to finish.
Most of our buyers had never sent Bitcoin before their first order. It takes about ten minutes the first time and about two minutes after that. Here is every step, with nothing assumed.
1. Put your order together
Choose your products and quantities as you would anywhere else. Everything is sold per box of ten vials.
2. Check the confirmation page
Before anything is charged, you get a page listing exactly what you have ordered: every product, every quantity, and the shipping worked out from your address. The total at the bottom of that page is the number we need to receive. Placing the order does not take any money from you.
3. We show you where to send it
Confirm you are ready and we show you two things on your order page: our Bitcoin address, and the exact amount in Bitcoin. The address stays on that page behind your login — we do not put a payment address in email.
Tap the address to copy it, or use the Copy address button. On a phone, Open in your wallet fills in both our address and the exact amount for you. It is the safest way to pay us, because nothing is typed and therefore nothing can be mistyped.
Prefer a free wallet built for sending? We recommend BlueWallet* — free to use, and the Open-in-wallet button will hand it the payment details when it is installed.
* BlueWallet is a third-party application with its own terms of service. Lyotide Scientific does not operate BlueWallet and is not a party to that agreement.
4. Send it, then you are done
You do not need to send us a receipt or tell us it is on the way. We are already watching for your payment and will email you the moment it arrives. Then we pack your order.
Where to get Bitcoin
You need an app that lets you buy Bitcoin and send it out. That is the part that matters. Our preferred free wallet for sending is BlueWallet* — open source, no custodial lock-in, and the order page can hand it the address and amount in one tap.

These also let you buy Bitcoin and send it to us:
- Cash App — the one most people already have. Buy and send in the same app.
- Coinbase — the most common exchange in the US.
- Kraken — an exchange, good if you are buying larger amounts.
- Strike — built for sending, low fees.
- River — US, Bitcoin only, straightforward.
Buy a little more than the invoice
The network charges a fee to move Bitcoin, and it comes on top of the amount you are sending, not out of it. So if your invoice is $200 and the fee is $2, you need $202 of Bitcoin available — not $200. An app refusing at the final step is almost always this. Buy a few dollars more than the invoice and you will not hit it.
Paying with Cash App, in full.
Say your invoice comes to $200 and you already have Cash App. Every other app follows the same shape.
Buy the Bitcoin
In Cash App, go to Bitcoin and buy a little more than your invoice — $205 for a $200 invoice leaves room for the fee. It appears in your Bitcoin balance straight away.
Choose to send it
From your Bitcoin balance, choose to send. Cash App asks where to.
Paste our address
Copy the address from your order page and paste the whole thing — it
starts with bc1q and is 42 characters. Cash App checks it as you paste and will
refuse anything that is not a real Bitcoin address, which is your safety net. If it says it
cannot find a match, you have almost certainly lost a character or two from the front.
Enter the exact amount
Use the exact figure from your order page, down to the last digit. That amount is how we know the payment is yours — Bitcoin has no reference field, so the number does that job. A rounded amount cannot be matched automatically.
Pick a speed and confirm
Cash App offers a faster or a cheaper option — roughly twenty minutes against a couple of hours. Either is fine; the slower one costs less. Confirm, and the payment is on its way.
Wait for our email
Between about twenty minutes and two hours, depending on the speed you chose, the payment reaches us. You get an email confirming we have it, and your order moves to being packed. You do not have to do anything else, or tell us it is coming.
How a Bitcoin order runs
Pick Bitcoin at checkout
Proceeding doesn’t take any money from you.
We show you where to send it
Say you’re ready, and we’ll show you a Bitcoin address and the exact amount — and email both to you. Check the address carefully before you send. Bitcoin can’t be undone if it goes to the wrong place.
Then you’re done
You don’t need to send us a receipt or a reference number. We’re already watching for your payment and we’ll email you the moment it arrives. There’s a box to paste a transaction ID if you happen to have one, but you can ignore it.

What to know before you pick Bitcoin
- Faster turnaround on your order.
- Payment usually clears within the hour.
- Send the exact amount to the address we show — check it character by character. A Bitcoin payment cannot be reversed if the address is wrong.
- Your own accounting has to handle a crypto disbursement. Check with your bookkeeper before the first order, not after.
