Intended use and compliance boundaries

All materials distributed by Lyotide Scientific are designated exclusively for in vitro laboratory research, chemical synthesis, and preclinical development.

• Materials are not approved by the U.S. FDA, are not for human or veterinary use, and do not qualify as finished pharmaceuticals, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for compounding, medical foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetic ingredients.
• Lyotide Scientific provides no protocols, application instructions, or use guidance.

Unbranded supply architecture

To facilitate integration into proprietary manufacturing systems, institutional LIMS tracking, and institutional repackaging workflows, all primary and secondary packaging is delivered completely neutral. Vials arrive free of commercial printing, external labels, or supplier insignias.

Lyotide Scientific does not provide internal labeling services or secondary packaging design. Purchasing entities maintain sole responsibility for inventory labeling, lot management, and internal hazard communication. Purchasing entities are expected to maintain their own protocol for inbound inventory handling, serialization, and labeling.

Premium USA-manufactured research peptides

Lyotide Scientific sources research peptide lines produced in the United States by manufacturing partners whose facilities operate under documented quality-control procedures and ongoing oversight. Domestic production supports consistency and transparency: each batch is monitored to limit impurities and preserve the integrity of the synthesized material. Those partner facilities follow current Good Manufacturing Practice frameworks, with sanitation controls and controlled workflows across the manufacturing cycle.

Independent certification bodies sit inside that cycle as well. Our manufacturing partners represent to us that * SGS (see Terms of sale section 5) and * Intertek (see Terms of sale section 5) conduct periodic, including unannounced, audits of their manufacturing procedures against their certified quality systems—verifying that documented steps are the steps actually run on the floor, not only at initial certification. Between those audits, U.S. peptide laboratories use modern solid-phase peptide synthesis, optimized cleavage, and multi-stage purification to refine molecular accuracy. Regulated partner environments, third-party process verification, and contemporary synthesis methods together underpin the quality standards behind the U.S.-manufactured research peptides we supply.

Analytical documentation and intake testing

Every shipment includes a lot-specific manufacturer Certificate of Analysis (CoA) detailing empirical parameters established at point of synthesis—chiefly chromatographic purity (RP-HPLC) and theoretical molecular mass confirmation (ESI-MS).

This documentation provides an analytical intake baseline and does not replace client-side quality control. Clients are responsible for conducting independent, orthogonal lot-release testing (including assays for bacterial endotoxins, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbial bioburden) as required by their internal quality management standards. Commercial account onboarding and compliance

We sell to businesses only and do not provide services to individual retail consumers. Checkout asks for the purchasing business’s name and a United States ship-to address, and the account is created from those details when the order is placed.

Buyer screening. Every new account is screened automatically when the order is placed, and every first order is reviewed by us before it ships. An order from a buyer we decline is cancelled before dispatch.

Financial remittance. Orders require prepayment prior to dispatch. Checkout accepts Bitcoin, ACH bank transfer and wire transfer (see /payment). Card payments are not available today.

Logistics and chain of custody

Lyotide Scientific operates within the United States. We do not serve as an exporter of record or manage foreign customs brokerage. Forwarding orders to international transshipment addresses is prohibited at checkout.

• Fulfillment. Shipments are processed via USPS Priority Mail with tracking upon payment settlement.
• Storage and transfer of risk. In line with standard wholesale chemical supply, all risk of material handling, storage conditions, and usage transfers to the receiving facility upon documented delivery. Lyotide Scientific does not provide ongoing handling guidance or post-delivery consultation.
• Intake claims. Inbound inventory must be audited immediately upon receipt. Claims regarding transit compromise, fulfillment count discrepancies, or CoA documentation errors must be submitted to sales@lyotide.com within seven business days of delivery. Outside these parameters, all sales are final to protect the integrity of the supply chain.
