What arrives
- Filled, sealed vials with no printing, no sticker, and no marking of any kind.
- Neutral tray and outer carton carrying no supplier branding.
- Paperwork with the lot identifier, quantity, and handling conditions.
- A lot COA for that shipment.
- A research use only statement on the invoice and the packing documentation.
Limits
What we do not do
- We do not print, apply, or source printed labels, at any price.
- We do not write, review, or approve your label copy or marketing.
- We do not provide dosing, protocol, or application guidance of any kind.
- We do not sell to individuals or ship to residential consumer orders.
- We do not represent that any product is safe or effective for use in humans or animals, and will not supply a buyer who intends to present it that way.
Plan for labeling before the first box arrives. If you do not have a labeling and lot-tracking process yet, say so on the application and we will tell you whether to wait.
